TONA serves the historic Berkeley neighborhoods of Thousand Oaks and part of Northbrae.

We are dedicated to connecting Thousand Oaks neighbors with each other and local businesses in our community. We share information in our newsletter and on our website about the current and future state of the neighborhood, provide forums for discussions on topics of community interest, and organize community-building events. Formed in 1975, TONA now represents 1,800 households and is the largest neighborhood association in Berkeley.
